We hope that you love our products and gain much enjoyment from them. However we realise that sometimes you may change your mind or that things can go wrong. We try to make returning items as easy as possible and ask that you follow the steps below.
Changed your mind?
If you have changed your mind, whatever the reason might be, you can return your item to us within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund.
Please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org so we know to expect your returned item.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please wrap the item carefully with your name and order number so that it arrives with us safely and we can refund you as quickly as possible.
You will be responsible for paying the postage to return the item and we recommend sending by tracked or signed-for delivery so that your parcel doesn’t get lost in the post.
We will aim to refund you within 14 days of receipt of the item. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method you used to place your order. Note that refunds may take 3 to 4 days to be processed by your bank or credit card provider.
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including those that have been customised or personalised.
Damaged or faulty item?
We are really sorry that your item has arrived broken or damaged. All our items are checked before being sent and it is very rare that we don’t spot a fault as part of our dispatch process. However things can go wrong and we will put them right as quickly as we can.
Please email us at email@example.com so that we can arrange a replacement item to be sent to you. If a replacement is not available we will issue a full refund. We may ask to see a photo of the damage so we can adjust our packaging or quality management processes accordingly.
We will aim to dispatch a replacement, or refund you, within 14 days.
